    Showpad Acquires LIA

SAN FRANCISCO, GHENT 16 March 2016 -- Showpad, the leading sales enablement platform that guides reps to results, today announced that it has acquired LIA. The terms of the agreement have not been released and the acquisition is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2016.

“We are excited to announce the acquisition of LIA,” said Louis Jonckheere, Co-Chief Executive Officer, Showpad. “Showpad and LIA have always had an excellent working relationship. Together, we will be able to expand the growth and product offerings of our sales enablement platform, especially within the enterprise market.”

Through the agreement, LIA will transfer over customer and partnership agreements. David Warren will also join Showpad as Senior Director of Business Development focusing on business development in the enterprise.

“Since 2012, the landscape of sales enablement has changed dramatically,” said David Warren, Chief Executive Officer, LIA. “It was always our desire to win and we came to the conclusion that the way to do so was to take the best parts of LIA and make them part of Showpad.”
